Bruto is a new Quinta Camacho hot spot. The decor, ambiance and delectable food makes for the perfect set up for an evening with friends or family. Its success is not hard to understand as Bruto comes from the same group of restaurateurs who brought us El Bandido Bistro. This time the food is from Spain, more specifically from the Basque region. We try to order something new each time, but the fideoa and the patatas bravas always make the cut. La Bistronomy is the new restaurant by the Rausch brothers (Rausch and Criterion). As you open the menu, you will find it very hard to chose as everything looks (and is) very good. From hamburgers to Coq au vin, you will find something that fits your mood. With a great presentation, a good service and a perfect location, Bistronomy is one of the best recommendation we have at the moment in Bogota. Enjoy.

El Bandido is a new bistro right next to the church on the antique street off 7th avenue. We went on a Tuesday night and could not have a table, so we sat and ate at the bar, which was surprisingly comfortable . We were very pleased by the atmosphere and we definitely felt like a Friday night as the place filled up. The food (French influence) is simple and delicious. Try one of their baguette, really worth it. Make a reservation many days (even many weeks) before.

Local serves contemporary Colombian cuisine, mixing ingredients from different regions of the country. The dishes are bursting with flavor, and you will not be disappointed by the prices or the size of the plates. We recommend sharing the ceviche as an appetizer. They also serve a very affordable breakfast from 8am to 12pm every day (in case you didn't read the introduction to the Food section, breakfast is a rarity at Bogota restaurants).

Kong is an original and classy restaurant. Often times, a place this hip and trendy will have so-so food, at best. But this is not the case at Kong. Once you taste some of the delicious Chinese cuisine you will be seduced. They also have a great selection of Sechwan dishes that are a little pricy, but worth it.

La Bodeguilla is a cute and small Spanish restaurant that we discovered in the popular Zona T. With impeccable and friendly service comes delicious tapas that is perfect for sharing. Before dessert they served us some very interesting homemade aguardiente cocktails... Deli!
